Invoices are Net 30 Days. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, check and wire transfer.

Shipments are by your courier of choice: UPS, FedEx, and US mail, if no shipment preference is stated, UPS will be the courier used. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice.

All products are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and workmanship. Any product serviced by other than the original manufacturer negates warranty.

Crestpoint offers a total Refurbish/Repair/Replace Program. Contact us for an RGA (Repair Goods Authorization) Number. Pack and protect the device in proper packaging. Ship device, prepaid shipping, via a traceable, insured method to Crestpoint Management, 9100 Watson Road, Suite 100, St. Louis MO 63126. Upon receipt of your device and evaluation/inspection, we will advise you with price of Refurbish/Repair/Replace for your approval, and an estimated return ship date.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact Crestpoint for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number, to return unused merchandise within 30 days. Multiples of an item are not returnable without prior approval. Please handle product with care, a refurbishment/restock charge may apply. The following items are not accepted for credit: Reusable instruments that are opened and sterilized/used in surgery, custom instruments, discontinued items, sterile disposable products, specialty items, cannula and sale items. Crestpoint accepts unused merchandise for credit, returned in its original package. Credit is issued for all items returned within 30 days after invoice date, excluding any expedited freight charges. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee, plus any requested special, expedited freight charges. When returning items for credit to your account, ensure to pack and protect the device in proper packaging.
